The electric hight pressure washer is composed of a high-pressure pump, a safety valve, a pressure regulating valve, a pedal control valve (foot valve), a high-pressure spray gun, a high-pressure nozzle, a power part, a high-pressure pipeline, a transmission device and a pressure gauge.

1. High-pressure pump: The high-pressure pump is the core component of the electric hight pressure washer. Its function is to combine the components of the electric hight pressure washer

Ordinary water is converted into high-pressure low-flow water, and the high-pressure water is delivered to the high-pressure spray gun or high-pressure nozzle through the high-pressure pipeline.

3. Pressure regulating valve: The pressure regulating valve is generally installed at the discharge end of the high-pressure pump. When the pressure in the system exceeds a preset value, the valve will partially open. The higher the valve opening lift, the more water bypassed and the smaller the flow rate of the high-pressure nozzle. Water overflowing the valve can be returned directly to the pump or front tank. Pressure regulators can be divided into zero return pressure regulators and non-zero return pressure regulators. The zero pressure regulating valve means that after the gun is turned off, the pressure of the high-pressure line between the pump and the pressure regulating valve is "zero", and the pressure of the high-pressure line between the valve and the high-pressure water gun remains at high pressure. After the gun is turned off by the non-return-to-zero pressure regulator, all high-pressure piping between the high-pressure water pump and the gun is still at high pressure. At present, most of them are zero pressure regulating valves. The control form can be divided into manual and pneumatic.

4. Foot valve (footvalve): The function of the foot valve is similar to two high-pressure water guns, and its characteristic is that the operator can use his feet to control the high-pressure nozzle or nozzle.

5. High-pressure spray gun: The high-pressure spray gun is connected to the discharge end of the high-pressure pump through the high-pressure pipeline assembly, which is a commonly used actuator.

6. High-pressure nozzle: A high-pressure nozzle is a component with one or more nozzles built in, thus forming a electric hight pressure washer. The high-pressure nozzle restricts the water flow area, speeds up the water flow, and forms the desired jet shape.
